ADDING SOCIAL MEDIA BUTTONS TO YOUR BLOG
The best way to choose your social media buttons is going to that particular website and customizing your buttons and then copy-paste the codes in our Blog.Note : The below ways of using the social media buttons in your blog or website gives you lots of choice in choosing your buttons and also customizing it.
FaceBook Buttons
- Go to http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ and then choose the type of integration you want - Like Button, Send Button, Recommend Button, Like Box, Face pile, Login Button, Activity Feed etc.
- Follow the simple steps as required , customize it if you need and get your codes
- Paste your codes in the HTML of Add Gadget on the blog. Few codes are required to be placed after the <body> tag in Design - Edit HTML
- Save and View your Blog
Twitter Buttons
- Go to https://twitter.com/about/resources/buttons and chose the type of button you want
- When you select a button, you get options to customize your button. Chose accordingly for your Blog or Website
- Preview and Copy the code displayed
- Paste the code in [ Design- Add Gadget -Add HTML]
- Save your Blog
Google Plus Button
- Go to https://developers.google.com/+/web/+1button/ and choose your size, style and copy the generated code for your blog or website
Stumble Upon Button
- Go to http://www.stumbleupon.com/dt/badges/create and grab your badge code in its easiest form.
Pinterest Button
- Go to http://about.pinterest.com/en/goodies#browser and follow instructions for "Add the Pin It button"
Digg This Button
- Go to http://digg.com/tools/diggthis/confirm and submit your link for the Digg.
Other Option- All Social Media Buttons
Alternatively you can do the below steps,
- Login to your Blogger account.
- Go to Design > Page Elements.
- Click Add A Gadget.
- In Add A Gadget window, select HTML/Javascript .
- Copy the code in the below box and paste it inside the HTML/Javascript box.
6. Save the gadget and Click Save button on the upper right corner.Now ,view Your blog and I hope it works for you.
